Nice hotel great location

Loved the hotel! Diana was absolutely wonderful and pleasant throughout our stay. We initially booked a double room for the first night, and everything was fantastic including the lovely view. The next night, we switched to the family room. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the mattress on the floor, as it wasn’t firm or comfortable. I also didn’t like being in the basement level. Next time, I’ll be sure to stick with the double room.

The Japanese themed hotel was lovely and felt luxurious from the reception to the rooms. Large bathroom, bathtub and bedroom with high ceilings. Friendly staff. Walking distance to food options and the shopping centre.
