Fantastic hotel with very courteous staff! We were close to the Christmas markets, which is why we were there. We were especially surprised to see that the sofa bed that my son used was made and ready for sleep when we arrived later in the evening from a day of exploring! This is the level of service from this hotel! My only criticism is that we were charge an extra 30 Euro for arriving early even though our room was ready. I still give it 5 stars!

We had a lovely long weekend at this hotel. Lovely neighbourhood and a short walk from both Eurostar and also up to Metro Louisa. The superior room was great, as we had the large sofa bed for our teenage daughter too. Great time.

We had a lovely stay! The breakfast was outstanding - especially the potatoes, chia pudding, and huge amount of freshly baked choices! The hotel is big but staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was bigger than it looked in photos and although a great, well connected location it was quiet in the hotel at night. Well maintained and well equipped, nice eco friendly additions.

Spacious rooms, perfect for 3/4 people. Separate toilet and shower/bathroom, makes it easier to get ready in the morning. Location is also good, can walk to the main sites of the city in 30 mins!

The breakfast was really good and the room was great too, especially the shower and the bed. Just a few things; we reported that the light in the shower did not switch off at any given time, therefore it was on straight for days and nights, to our surprise this was not fixed after reporting, the hotel mentions that they have a green policy, so this did not match. Another thing was that we sent a message to the hotel 4 days in advance however they did not respond until I asked again, now I understand that the reception can be busy so this was not my issue, the issue was that we never got a response on our question, when we arrived to the hotel, nobody wanted to help with our question, no pro-activity whatsoever, I am really sorry if the question was difficult, but it was where we would be able to watch F1. It was first on the next day when we insisted for them to help us with it that they decided to call a sports bar which confirmed that they were showing the game. Very disappointing and it truly felt we were not cared for - if we had known the answer, we would never have asked. Service was way below average and not what you would be expecting from a 4 star hotel.

Lovely large room, but AC didn't seem too strong. Breakfast is excellent - great choices, fresh food/salmon, clean and well maintained despite buffet style. Service is great - we checked out an hour later which was helpful. Great location - easy walking to several areas, and local restaurants were all fabulous. Enjoyed our stay overall.

Great Location, Great Room

We loved this place. We booked the Superior room and they upgraded us to the Deluxe room with sauna. Having our own sauna was great. The rooms are huge, nicely furnished with plenty of storage space, great bathroom, beautiful view. The hotel is well maintained. Personnel is very attentive, they have sweet treats for guests every afternoon. The area is a little away from the Grand Place, about a 20 min walk to the Palace, Museums and Park, but the location is great, all the best stores are walking distance and there's plenty of good restaurants nearby. The tram stops in front of the hotel and the metro is a couple of blocks away. We definitively recommend the place and will go back to it if we return to Brussels.

Large room with very good views over the city our room was on the 10th floor and had a really lovely balcony,large comfortable bed.Breakfast had a good selection.Easy to get to the metro 5/10 minute walk.
