Good location close to the centre of the town. Lots of places within walking distance and good public transport. Hotel was very nice, modern and clean. Room was a good size and had everything you needed. The hotel also stacks up above most buildings so you can easily find it. Would definitely recommend it.

Staff was friendly for all department specially reception and cleaning. I got really sick on Sunday but one of the receptionist helped me to find a pharmacy behalf of me as shops are closed on Sunday and he went extra mile to help me and call the pharmacy to check if they open or closed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. To the male staff member who checked us in at around 11pm at night: a massive thank you from us both. We appreciated your warm welcome, free chocolates and free drinks vouchers The room you gave us was fantastic. Very comfortable bed and amazing views on 23rd floor. The room and indeed the hotel premises in general was spotlessly clean. Breakfast- great variety of food very tasty. We especially liked the selection of freshly made smoothies, nut selection and lots of vegan options. The spa was fantastic also, kept very clean while we were there, hottest sauna I have been in and the views from there were the best part of my experience We give the hotel 10/10 we will definitely return soon for a longer stay
