Amazing

Brussels was beyond magical. And it was even better because the apartment was huge (for a European Capital apartment). Everything was nice.customer service was perfect. They didn’t have a smart TV or an Apple TV so we requested an HDMI cable for my laptop and they brought it to me within 30 minutes. Very helpful and very nice staff. Would stay again and again.

Super find near Grand Place

My husband and I were really pleased with the Sweet Inn Apartment. We took a taxi (€10) from the Eurostar station which inky took about 10 mins. There is no reception and unfortunately we hadn't been contacted by a member of staff before check in so upon arrival we weren't sure how to enter the building. Fortunately there were cleaners inside and they let us in and we were greeted by Eva who was very friendly. We were shown to our first floor apartment which was extremely clean with a large shower and separate loo plus a kitchenette (kettle, toaster, nespresso machine) also fridge, hob and oven. The only slight oversight was there were no utensils to cook with but we got over that. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a large TV on the wall that even had BBC1 and BBC2!! The location is fabulous for visiting all the sights of Brussels and I would whole heartedly recommend the apartment for anyone wanting a short break in Brussels.

Het appartement (Namur VII) is héél netjes. Het is bovendien goed ingedeeld. Het is ruim genoeg voor een verblijf met zijn tweeën (maar minder ruim dan de foto's laten vermoeden, want de afgebeelde zithoek is eigenlijk de slaapkamer en de leef- en zitruimte bevindt zich naast de keuken). Voor vier personen is dit te krap. De keuken is bijzonder goed uitgerust (oven, microwave, koelkast, diepvriezer, vaatwas, wasmachine ...). De opbergruimte in het slaapgedeelte is wat beperkt. Jammer dat de tv tegen een schuine wand staat die niet parallel is met de zithoek, dat je constant tegen de slecht gepositioneerde luchter loopt en dat er een foutieve code voor de wifi in de informatiebundel vermeld staat. Voor een verblijf in de zomer hou je er best rekening mee dat er geen airco is en dat er maar één raam open kan.

Très bonne adresse

L'appartement est très bien situé avec une courte distance à pied avant d'atteindre les restaurants et autres commerces utiles. Très moderne avec une gestion des communications par courriels, application smartphone et appels de l'équipe de gestion pour suivre le check-in et le check-out. Le niveau d'équipements est haut standing. L'équipe de gestion très sympathique. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
