Our Hotel Amigo stay was a sheer pleasure. The staff deserves such high praise for their impeccable service and helpfulness-- from the doormen/porters, to the concierge, the front desk staff, and the fantastic housekeeping crew who anticipated our needs before we even recognized the need ourselves. For instance, they gave us an extra small toothpaste tube as they noted the toothpaste tube we brought with us was running low! Another example was our luggage porter re-arranging the furniture in our room so we could best fit our luggage. We were made to feel pampered and well-cared for during our stay. Rocco Forte Hotel Amigo is perhaps one of the best hotel stays we've ever experienced!

This is my go-to hotel in Brussels. The upgrade to the bar area is nice. The menu upgrade in the restaurant from a few years ago is still being maintained. It is an excellent Italian style restaurant. Room and other prices are up significantly in the last 2 years.
