Excellent hotel! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The entire property was spotless and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Great location near Grand Place and a wonderful overall experience. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this hotel was fabulous!! Right next to the Grand Royal Galleria. The air conditioning was nice!! We stayed in the family room and the beds were a bit small but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay ! Great breakfast ! Great staff! This is one of the hotels that checked marked everything. The staff in concierge was so helpful and made sure we had everything during our short stay. My only suggestion is to get 2 queen beds if 4 traveling. We got 1 king and 1 sofa bed but the sofa bed was not good because we could feel the metal bars. We were tired and still slept through. Maybe little kid will be ok but definitely something to consider.
