We loved our stay at the OPO! Our room was large and the bathroom was very spacious! Loved that we had coffee in the room, large towels and robes too! The OPO hotel’s location was very central for walking and mass transit. Wonderful hotel!

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The location was good with lots of dinning options, convenience stores, and markets. The room was quite modern and nice. The only laundry service in the hotel was dry cleaning so I had to go to a laundromat in the rain. The room didn’t get cool and dry enough for me and they didn’t want us to open the window because it would let insects inside. It had a useful mini fridge and an iron with an ironing board. But no ice was available. It did have an in room safe.

Updated Hotel in Central Location

Our stay at the OPO Hotel was great. It’s in an excellent, central location. The interior has been recently renovated & everything is sleek & new. The bed was a little too firm for me, but was good for my husband. They don’t have any food there, but there are many great restaurants all around. The only issue that we had was controlling the temperature in the room. We were told that they have to do it at the front desk & when it got too warm in the middle of the night, there was no one we could contact to turn the temperature down. We opened the windows, but there was a lot of noisy construction all around that you could hear when they were open. Overall, a great stay, though.

Great location near the centre of the market, museums and dining options. Hotel hasn't finished it's restaurant yet but other than that the staff was friendly, professional and helpful with suggestions for places to eat and things to see. Room and bathroom were spotless.

The location is absolutely perfect — close to the city center and the Central Train Station, with plenty of options for shopping, dining, and sightseeing nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s a small hotel, and while there’s no lobby or additional amenities, the rooms are clean and a good size. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

New hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms. Not many amenities due to its young age, with some additional amenities expected to be added. No self-service laundry; only paid per item laundry services available at this hotel. Would stay here again!

Very well located, this is very center of Brussels , everything was within walkable distance, Le Grand Place and Mont des Arts. Rooms were big , also the bathroom, very clean and quiet, the staff very friendly and helpful.

Comfort and character in the heart of Brussels

From start to finish our stay was amazing. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering terrific recommendations for delicious food. The rooms were clean and full of charm. The bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure was wonderful. The hotel is centrally located to the heart of Brussels with plenty of key attractions within a short walk. Would definitely stay again!
