Overall I do not recommend this hotel. Poorly maintained, elevator was out of service, the heater in the room didn't work and our last day had no hot water. Only reason to be at this hotel is the central location in the city.

Superb location in city center
Cute loft room which creates bigger space. Didn’t like red carpet but that’s just me. Shower head doesn’t stay in place so water gets on floor. Location is spot on and walkable to all Christmas markets.

Our first stay, just days earlier, was clean and comfortable. Our second room was dirty-- the carpets turned our clothes and slippers red, the shower was clogged such that the basin filled within 3 minutes. No soap or washclothes.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and we got a triple room and it was really big. It's got an odd layout (it's several building hemmed together) and I have no idea what that photo is of on the listing, because we never saw that, but we would definitely stay here again. Its a couple of blocks to the main square. Its 10 minutes to Brussel's Centraal train station. It was nice being in the thick of things and having a large room.
