Centrally located. Clean hotel, nice room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the area around the hotel looks filthy with rubbish all over the place- not the hotel’s fault, but it’s such a pity. Breakfast was nice but slightly overpriced

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel was nicely decorated, very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. We loved that there were several options for breakfast: full continental breakfast at 16 euros, but also smaller options at 4.50 and 7 euros, which was ideal for us as we do not eat a lot in the morning. There is a vending machine just by the lift, so we could get water. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Regarding the location, I won't lie, the surrounding area is not super nice, with rubbish on the street, however I won't let this affect my rating as it's not the hotel's fault and it's a bit like that everywhere in Brussels as soon as you leave the old town centre. However we felt safe and I wouldn't define the are dangerous at all. Regarding the location, it was really good: 15 minutes walk from Midi Station (so you can easily travel to Bruges/Ghent which are cities I truly recommend!) and 12 minutes from the old town. There are also buses/trams 5-10 minutes away to the Parliament or the Atomium. I would say, if I really have to suggest something extra that would have made our stay even better: - It would be great to have a kettle in the room, just to be able to take a tea in the afternoon or before going to sleep. - The check-in process took quite long, despite we were there at 3pm, the rooms were not ready and we had to wait about an hour. They offered us a drink during the waiting though. Overall very good.

easy walk from Gare Midi. From the outside it doesnt look much, to go with the neighbourhood, but very smart inside. comfortable and v clean room and ensuite. Check in easy and friendly. Will stay again.

The area around the hotel is run down and we felt quite intimated by it. The receptionist was neither friendly nor helpful. The room did not have a kettle and no provision for beverages. If one needs to use the iron and the board you need to go to a different room with your clothes, the first of its kind - never seen elsewhere in the world.

Hotel is a diamond in the rough. It’s easy to look at the neighbourhood and be put off booking, please don’t. Our stay of 6 in our party was fantastic the care of the staff always willing to help and the very high standard of the hotel means we can’t overstate how great a find this was for us and only a short walk from the train station and the bus stop for the centre. Well done ‘we will be back.’ 👍

It was a little difficult to find, and the neighbourhood is a little run down, but the hotel is safe and modern. Very nice room and only a few minutes to walk to the old city centre.

Good hotel to walk Brussels
