A terrific place! We loved our room. So close to everything. I really appreciated the ear plugs, as they're needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was a decent size and the bathroom was very good too. We had the buffet breakfast, however it was a little underwhelming unfortunately. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay and we would definately stay again.

Very nice hotel designed with unique modern retro look; one of the more uniquely decorated hotels I've stayed at. Great location, 5 min walk to grand place. Look forward to staying at in the figure.

Great hotel in the heart of Brussels. Everything is pretty easy to walk to from the hotel. The Brussels central train station is conveniently close by for a day trip to Ghent. Great staff at the hotel.

Quirky and comfortable hotel!

The interior decoration of the hotel and its rooms are very unique, but fun. The room was roomy, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is close to the main attractions and easy to access. The female staff are very friendly - but the older gentleman, not so much. Otherwise, a great stay and would recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and pretty clean. Some of it was a bit tired looking - the shower for example leaked everywhere and the towels were a bit sad and radiator rusty. But the room was certainly nice overall and the bed comfortable. It is also very central to Brussels and all the sights etc. The one issue we had was that our room looked out onto the street and it was extremely noisy - there was a big party out on the street the first night we stayed which went on until well after 3am and we could not sleep despite the ear plugs the hotel kindly provided and having the windows shut. The second night the noise was much less and we slept ok but when you stay here - the hotel is otherwise nice - we strongly recommend requesting a room looking into the interior.

Craves was convenient to the train station. Walking with a roller-bag on the chunky rounded cobblestone of Belgium can be a workout if you have tendon issues. It was convenient to seeing the sights. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a big window in the bathroom, so it was bright (Bathrooms often have no window). Main complaint is the hallways were excessively dark -- enpough that it was hard to see. Staff was helpful enought when asked questions but not particularly warm and friendly. Coffee is at a central location near the elevator of each floor, not in the room. I was happy with my stay but it wasn't exceptional.
