The hotel is a good location and also just in front of Subway station " Porte de Namur" it's easy to access different buses and shops.

Reception staff were extremely helpful! The cleaning staff were very efficient. The room was very clean and spacious. Excellent all round. I fully recommend.

The plus is the location but that is it. Photos shown on Expedia were probably taken in 1980 it’s that dated. Furniture in room was stained but worse is the window looks onto a wall this is not mentioned on the description it’s like stay long in a cell! On complaining we were told this was a good room so beware they have worse ones!

It is in the perfect location. It has a great breakfast included from 7-10 and to 11 on holidays…- The larger rooms have everything I needed - one less star because sometimes they forgot to add a soap or enough towels..:-) The staff is attentive but not overbearing .

Nice gitel but someissues in the room. One curtain is balckout, one is not. So no use really Breakfast is not suitable for disabled. Far too msny steps. Do this hotel is not suitable for disabled
