We arrived for a 4 night stay about lunch time and the reception staff were very helpful and found our room was ready. Room was on 5th floor with 3 lifts and fresh water dispenser on each floor, also a microwave - though we didn't use this.

Yes the front desk very helpful. I got given a free drink as it was my birthday. So thoughful. One problem we had was the breakfast it was very poor. We arrived at 9.15am food dryed up. We did complain about it that was our worst Hilton breakfast we had.
