The location isn't that great. It is quite a ways from grand place where all the restaurants and shopping is. No televisions. Not really carpet, just an outdoor vinyl product. My feet felt wet when walking in it. Refresh service every 3 days

Room is spacious, floor had some weird stains, and the bathroom has a frosted door which we did not find appropriate for a family. You could see the person on the toilet or undressing.

Slightly strange to check in on a screen with no human contact. I had not previously been informed that I would have to pay a city tax and when I was prompted to pay at check-in (I was confused because I had already paid online) it was difficult to locate a staff member to talk to. The location was good, a little out of the city centre but the city is very walkable so we were able to get into the city centre in 15 minutes. There is a communal kitchen downstairs that was stocked with dishes, which was convenient. We chose this hotel as one stop on a longer vacation because of the laundry facilities and were slightly disappointed when we found out it was 7 euros for each machine (14 euros if you wanted to wash and dry one load) so we did not end up utilizing this facility.

Good location with lots of food options. Checkout was seamless. Checkin was a bit annoying. I arrived a half hour before checkin and the woman who came to help would only check me in early for 25 euro. For half an hour early? The room is obviously ready. Come on now. Otherwise it was fine. The room had scuff marks on the walls and the neighborhood Can get rowdy but it felt safe.

Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. Good communal facilities. Only weakness was the choice of floor covering: a black type of matting, this shows remnants of cream & must make cleaning difficult (I should have asked them to clean). Fortunately I had my slippers so left it as on arrival, otherwise the hotel was clean, modern & spotless

Nice modern hotel. Room size was fine and it was clean. There was no tv, which was fine for us. There is also a communal area on the bottom floor where fridges are available if you need to store anything as well as a kettle if you want to make a drink. Location was good, not far from a metro station, or about a 20-25 minute to the central train station.

Do it yourself hotel with modern vibe. Lots of business travelers seem to stay here so bustling common areas. Good connecting coffee shop. Rooms are small with limited amenities, but this is noted in the listing. Loved have the laundry room.

Basic hotel but clean and in a good location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The only issue was that I had to pay city tax but on Hotels.com says taxes included. Booked addtional night via different website that had city tax included for the same price.
