The nightly Palestine protests were a little unsettling. Also, the room was terribly dark! Really dark still with all lights on! We used the parking and at 1st it was not explained well. After we did it once, it was easier. The staff was friendly.

Excellent location and a very comfortable hotel.

Room very clean and comfortable. On one occasion when using the bar I visited the ladies toilet. Condition of toilet was quite frankly deplorable. We didn’t always get our tea and coffee replenished but I’m sure we would have if we had requested. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Brussels and within easy walking distance of the sights and pubs/restaurants.
