Inaccurate listening, bad communication/support

Not family friendly. There is no air conditioning as listed, just a portable unit and fans. We came during a heat wave and it was unbearable, especially with our 1 year old. Property manager barely responded and would ignore us for hours. There is also no clothes washer as listed. Crib was broken and could not be used. Apartment is in a good location and is, itself, clean but the halls and stairs and dirty and tight

Two main things:1) Smell / not clean: The house smellled of awful drain / sewer smells when we arrived and for the first couple of days. On top of that the house was not clean. We mentioned we weren't happy with the cleanliness to the host. That wasn't resolved so we ended up buying refresher products ourselves to try to get rid of the smell, along with some cleaning. But they did deliver a 2nd set of towels, a new bathmat (previous was gross) and some more shampoo etc.2) Laundry: at time of this review, the listing stated 'washing machine' and 'dryer'. The house does NOT have either of those - when we asked the host they said that we have to go to a laundromat. This is misleading.

We do NOT recommend this apartment. The location of this apartment on a street full of dining options is incredible. It's decent walking distance to metro and the Central Train station. Unfortunately, there are so many negatives. The entry has a code, the main lock box unit has a code, then the individual lock box has a code. Long time to enter in a disgusting, dirty and smelly hallway. The stairs are steep which is fine but the handrail is in disastrous and unsafe condition. The apartment itself was dirty, anything that came out of the cupboard for dishes we rewashed. The cutlery drawer contains food crumbs, hair and plastic bits. The fridge was decently clean. The bathroom is: 1) a shower room with towel rack that doesn't heat so your towel stays wet until the next shower; 2) a toilet room with sink here the walls were dirty with spots of dirt and covered in water marks. Also you each get one small bath towel, not even a hand towel for the toilet room. Listing shows washer and dryer IT'S A LIE. You'll be directed to a paid laundromat. It says it sleeps 5 or 6. You'd be tripping over each other with no space for luggage. It was fine for two, but too small for more than that. The window blinds in the bedroom don't go up or down and don't cover the window Bring an eye mask. The living room window blinds open but don't fully close either. There is a Hilton Hotel avout two blocks away. Stay there instead. Expedia/VRBO should be embarrassed to have this listing.

Voyage avec ma soeur et mes 2 parents de 76 ans (très forme). Emplacement de choix, très près de la Grande Place et d'autres attractions principales, situé dans un secteur animé et chaleureux, remplis de restos et de terrasses.Le logement est moderne et offre toutes les commodités nécessaires (merci pour le fer plat). Il offre une belle vue sur les terrasses ce qui donne envie de sortir et de profiter. Nous aurions aimer disposer d'un autre miroir, mais à l'extérieur de la salle de bain, et d'au moins une serviette supplémentaire pour la salle d'eau. Pour 4 adultes qui se préparent, ces éléments auraient aidés. De plus, l'odeur qui se dégage de la cage d'escalier chambranlante, nous a fait un peu peur au début. Fort heureusement, l'odeur ne suis pas une fois rendu dans l'appartement.Ormis ces derniers petits détails, nous serions prêts à relouer cet appartement pour un prochain séjour. Nous l'avons adoré !

EXCELENTE UBICACION

Apartamento exterior con excelente ubicación, justo al lado de la Gran Place y en una zona muy concurrida de bares, pero muy bien aislado. Es un segundo sin ascensor con escaleras estrechas. Llegada autónoma con entrega de llaves a través de codigo. Camas buenas, excepto la supletoria que tuvimos que echar el colchón al suelo. Falta menaje. Sin duda, volveríamos.
