Hotel is a short walk to the train station. Food options along the way. Hotel includes breakfast which is convenient to start the day. Not much to do in the area though. Room is small, but efficient.

Good quality basic room. No amenities except for bottle of 2-in-1 shower gel/ shampoo. Perfect room for me, clean, directly across Midi station and help yourself to coffee, tea & water. Only down side is, the area didn’t feel very safe, some homeless in the entire area hotel assured us it’s safe tho. Overall, it’s a great stay.

Checked in early, unfortunately there was no opportunity to leave luggage so we paid for early check in. Room was lovely and clean, reception staff were attentive and friendly.

Good hotel near the station

Hotel was fairly new, near the Brussels Zuid station. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Hotel has coffee machine in the lobby that is available 24 hours for the guests. The only downside is that the breakfast area is very small and it can be chaotic at peak times. Also, breakfast options are very small and limited for what you pay.

Extremely convenient for Brussels Midi railway station - literally 2 minute walk from the station. Unfortunately the surrounding area didnt seem very desirable and we were conscious of groups of males congregating on the street corners. Fine for the one night stay we had but i wouldnt recommend basing yourself here if your trip is for general sight-seeing for more than a day or 2.

The room was quite spartan but functional and a little cramped for two people, but to be expected considering the price. It was surprisingly quiet and very clean. The drinks counter downstairs was well stocked and easy to use, but something to be aware of if you prefer to have the ease of having it in your room. Most of the facilities were self-service (luggage storage, drinks, etc) but the staff at the reception were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location is extremely handy if you’re travelling by train or getting public transport, but not much else to recommend it in the immediate vicinity, and unfortunately the ongoing construction works make the walk into the city centre not particularly pleasant.

The hotel was very clean and in a decent area. Close to the train station. The only con I have is the air conditioning did not work. It blew out hot air even with the cool setting on. We had to sleep with the windows open. Other than that the hotel is nice.

Definitely the "WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS" Very bad location. - just residential ( lower income) and filthy streets, sidewalks , and businesses. - none of the corporate businesses even take care of their facads or sidewalk areas. - the small shop owners try- but too much is city or corporate owned .better to pay a little more to stay on the other side of the midi station.

The hotel is a basic and good value option for Brussels. The hotel rooms are comfortable with a basic but decent bathroom. Comfortable bed & free tea/coffee. The area around Gare du Midi is very edgy and not recommended for solo women travellers especially. However, the restaurants by the hotel are safe and very welcoming - just be careful & aware of your surroundings. I did not have any issues.

Excellent place to stay, so convenient to Brussels Midi/Zuid train station, plenty of trams about. Only downfall lack of choice at breakfast time. Had I wanted to access breakfast area in my wheelchair I would have totally struggled.

This hotel was very nice and conveniently located close to the train station. The front desk was very nice and helpful. They even store your luggage for you at no cost, which was very nice! The room was clean and comfy. The only concern we had was the air conditioner didn't seem to cool very much leaving us having to leave the windows open which was loud and noisy for the night. However we didn't mention it to the front desk because we were exhausted and didn't want to pack up to change rooms. So I am sure they would have addressed it if we would have brought it to their attention.

Cheap feel.

The hotel feels cheap. Facilities not working, bathroom poorly laid out, loud maintenance happening before 9am. The rooms are locked using a key code. No security stopping people entering lift, stairwell etc.

Nice hotel near the Train station

Mainly positive..... . Nice modern and comfortable room with all necessary facilities. . Opposite train station for easy access . Staff spoke English and so easy to communicate with them. . Good size room . Would stay again
