Definitely the "WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS" Very bad location. - just residential ( lower income) and filthy streets, sidewalks , and businesses. - none of the corporate businesses even take care of their facads or sidewalk areas. - the small shop owners try- but too much is city or corporate owned .better to pay a little more to stay on the other side of the midi station.

The hotel is a basic and good value option for Brussels. The hotel rooms are comfortable with a basic but decent bathroom. Comfortable bed & free tea/coffee. The area around Gare du Midi is very edgy and not recommended for solo women travellers especially. However, the restaurants by the hotel are safe and very welcoming - just be careful & aware of your surroundings. I did not have any issues.

Excellent place to stay, so convenient to Brussels Midi/Zuid train station, plenty of trams about. Only downfall lack of choice at breakfast time. Had I wanted to access breakfast area in my wheelchair I would have totally struggled.

This hotel was very nice and conveniently located close to the train station. The front desk was very nice and helpful. They even store your luggage for you at no cost, which was very nice! The room was clean and comfy. The only concern we had was the air conditioner didn't seem to cool very much leaving us having to leave the windows open which was loud and noisy for the night. However we didn't mention it to the front desk because we were exhausted and didn't want to pack up to change rooms. So I am sure they would have addressed it if we would have brought it to their attention.

Cheap feel.

The hotel feels cheap. Facilities not working, bathroom poorly laid out, loud maintenance happening before 9am. The rooms are locked using a key code. No security stopping people entering lift, stairwell etc.

Nice hotel near the Train station

Mainly positive..... . Nice modern and comfortable room with all necessary facilities. . Opposite train station for easy access . Staff spoke English and so easy to communicate with them. . Good size room . Would stay again

The room was pretty small and cramped but adequate for a short stay. The evening staff was very nice at check in and helpful. Biggest complain about the room was the thermostat did not work properly. It was very hot in the room and when we would try to turn it down it would start to move down and then glitch and max out the heat. We eventually gave up and tried to get it to a neutral setting and just kept our window open to let in some cool air. That made resting difficult though as the streets were noisy all night with people yelling and constant sirens. Morning staff were also not as friendly. Would not recommend unless you’re in a pinch as the upside was it’s proximity to the train station.

Convenient but friendly overnight stay.

I have staid here before as it is close to the Midi station. But each time I am always pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the comfortable rooms. It is very easy to get to most places in the city from there as well.
