Perfect location

Perfect location for the centre of Brussels, so many bars and restaurants you’re spoilt for choice. And obviously loads of chocolate shops!!! Our hotel was very good other than a slight niggle with the television unable to pick up any of the free view channels, and don’t stay there if you want to sleep late as construction workers seem to start at 7 am otherwise we had a lovely stay.

“VIP 2 free beverages” was 2 330ml bottles of water???? These are usually free in a hotel bedroom anyway - any time I have received free drinks it has been our choice. That was embarrassing from the hotel. The photos listed of the breakfast are not what you actually get - false advertising - it is photos from the cafe attached. You only get to pick one thing from the breakfast menu and the remainder of the breakfast is absolutely shocking - 2 cereal, some meat, some cheese, 2 pastries and bread. The food wasn’t topped up when it was running low even though breakfast was on for another 3 hours. The coffee machine didn’t work. The hotel itself is in a good location but wouldn’t pay £2 for the breakfast selection - better off eating out

Really nice hotel with good central location. The cafe underneath can’t be heard, and it’s great food. The only downside was that there is no conditioner in the shower, only shampoo and body-wash.

A very centrally located hotel and easy 4 minute walk to Brussels Central railway station. Also the same distance to a supermarket. The cafe downstairs was good and handy.

Excellent location, with the hotel being situated above a busy cafe I was concerned at the noise levels. But we couldn’t hear anything once past the cafe( as the lifts were at the rear of the property) once in the room no noise was found. Excellent property and any issues you’d have the staff are very welcoming and want to correct any issues. For the price we paid for the 4 nights of stay here again instantly.
