Room was very spacious. There is no laundry facility as stated on hotels.com but an expensive laundry service instead. There is free coffee from a good coffee machine at the lobby and reusable glass flasks/bottles to collect filtered water from the machine at the lobby. Very friendly and attentive staff.

I had a very positive stay at the Aqua Hotel. The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and underground station, and only a 15-minute walk to the center of Brussels. The room was clean, well-ventilated, and had a great shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Mel, who went above and beyond with support, tips, and advice — she really made my stay special! Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Brussels.

Our room wasn't large but it was all we needed for a few days in Brussels and came with a fridge and safe, which are often missing in budget hotels. The room was perfectly clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was always hot with plenty of pressure, and we really appreciated the blackout shutters that we could close at night. Whenever we interacted with staff they were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary fruit and coffee in the lobby was a really nice touch. The hotel is very conveniently located near to shops and a metro station. The only word of warning I'd give is that the street itself where the hotel is located is something of a back street, though seemingly a popular short cut, and doesn't feel the safest at night, but we never saw any actual trouble and it wouldn't stop me staying here again.

So this was a great hotel, staff were excellent and positioned about 4 stops from the main train station. The room had alot of room and the bed was massive. Our only problem was it had that typical bathroom door were you can see everything going on inside, plugs no where near the bed and the main lights not being that bright. Overall great hotel to set up base in.

Room was clean and bed comfortable ( tv should allow English language not just French ) though -1 floor with view not to outside was not pleasant. Also area outside hotel later at night did not appear very safe.

Fantastic hotel on the inside, really enjoyed it and would stay again. The street outside is a bit of a backstreet, so once you can accept that, then everything else is excellent.

Good value for money. Pleasant welcome by kind and professional personnel, modest room but bed and shower were great. My room was on the first floor and street side, which felt unlucky. Quite a bit of noise throughout the night. But I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Good overall experience and convenient location.
