Very good hotel, just needs a bit more.

Overall good experience, reception staff very friendly, beds we soft and nice, temperature control in room. Large room, could use more table space. Missing one bedside table. A bit grimey in the shower, didn't drain for first 2 nights. Staff did quickly remediate. Toilet was a bit to eco which defeated the purpose. Had to flush 10 times to make anything happen...maybe. Didnt refill soap or in room coffee. Location is very good, would stay again.

The staff were nice and welcoming. They made the best croissant ever for breakfast even better than paris.

The reception staffs were nice. There was a confusion about the tag provided in the room. I was looking for Do Not Disturb tag first night, couldn't find one so I left out the one provided on the bed. The tag says, "The best carbon footprint is the one we don't emit. I participate by hanging the door tie on my bedroom door before 8 am." I wasn't able to realize it was supposed to be a "please clean my room" tag until I got disturbed 3 times in the day, and expected to change the towels on the second night but no one came to change. It was a misunderstanding but you could do better to make the door tie more clear. Additionally, the hallway on ground floor was renovating, therefore some smells of paint and noise during the day was a little bit annoying.

It's located close to the centre and has food and transport options within walking distance. It felt a little unsafe at night but Uber can drop you off outside which was a relatively cheap option. Staff were amazing and accommodating throughout. The room has a big comfy bed, was clean and quiet. Only thing I didn't like was the drainage of the shower was slow, meaning it overflowed a little during shower time.

Great hotel located in a great area..close to many stores and restaurants as well as a 15 minute walk from down town and near public transport.there is a coffee machine and a water machine in the lobby (however missing milk for coffee) staff are great located on a side street near a club ( but didn’t really get any noise from it) but it is a dirty street but not unsafe ..I did not feel unsafe just unpleasant to walk it. The bonus is there are shutters in the windows to minimize the noise and light into the room. I would definitely stay there again
