We stayed in rm 108 above entrance think they called it king suite, and the outside wall was windows that all open and it was amazing. Close to everything we enjoyed it so much we pushed our flight back two more days

Highly central and convenient, just off the Grot Market/ main square with plenty of choices of bars and restaurants nearby. The room however had not been properly cleaned - I found rubbish on the floor - and was in need of some refurbishment. We were in a basement with very little light coming through the window and no view. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that.

Arrived well before check in but had no issues with storing my luggage in the property. Location is superb, basically on the edge of the main tourist area around Grand Place. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of Continental and more English style cooked food. My only concern was in room 503 the Bathroom is only accessible via a narrow wooden spiral staircase, which I was ok with but would be an issue for elderly, infirm or drunk guests. Overall though my one night stay was very enjoyable and I would stay at the Alma again.

The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Pablo. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His local tips and genuine hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff was great. We had a little trouble trying to check in. We were a little early and since Expedia hasn't paid the hotel yet (even though we reserved months ago) we could get access via the website to our room. The gentleman at the front desk found a work around and we got into our room. For dinning we walked to the Kensington Metro station area. We found plenty of excellent choices for breakfast and dinner, even a great pub.

Great location, great staff

The Alma Grand Place is located in a great place for access to the historic and cultural parts of Brussels. The area is packed with many dining spots as well. The staff is very attentive and professional and adjusted our room location upon noticing my wife’s knee problems. The rooms are compact but very comfortable. Bathrooms were on the small side and the showers in particular were a bit too snug for ease of use but otherwise all was well.
