Staff was friendly and helpful. The place had a great location. There was road construction all around so that was annoying but not the hotel’s fault. I’d stay there again

Convenient Location

The hotel is conveniently located near the central train station and metro. Walkable area near tourist spots. Hotel is nice and room was ok. The room was clean and so was the bathroom but there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom, like sewer. And the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the room, as it was just air temperature coming out and the thermostat didn't seem to work. I believe the common areas didn't have air at all since it felt hot. Wi-Fi was not great either since connection seem to drop quite frequently over our stay. Overall it is a good hotel if you are looking for a centra location and you are planning to be out and about most of your time.

Did not enjoy my stay, I don’t recommend!

I was put in room #1. Which is on the lower level. Although it looked nice, it was not. The room had a musty smell to it. The room is located right below the breakfast room and bar, everytime someone would move a chair you could hear it in the room. The bar patrons use the washrooms that are located beside your room, which you can hear as well. Also located beside the room is the housekeeping area. If the people having breakfast don’t wake you up in the morning the housekeeping staff preparing for their day will. I made a comment when I left that this really wasn’t a nice room and was basically told it was my fault for not saying anything. I asked if they had another room available the night before and she said no they were booked up, so it wouldn’t have made a difference if I said something or not.

We thought there could be some literature around as such like physical maps etc telling tourists about sightseeing. Also, towels were far too small and not particularly good quality( too thin and worn) for the shower so more like hand towels. There was insufficient storage( no bedside units with drawers just small tables- so bit pointless. Plus, we felt the mattress on beds ( especially as we had superior room rating) could have been thicker. In addition, milk option to have with coffee would've been nice as we don't drink our coffee or tea black!
