Villa Gloria Vita is a beautiful, modern holiday home in the tranquil rural setting of Nova Vas, just 8 km from Novigrad and the nearest beach. This peaceful retreat offers easy access to local taverns, wine cellars and the nearby Istralandia water park. The villa is set in fenced grounds with an inviting outdoor pool, summer kitchen with gas barbecue and outdoor bar. The covered terraces are perfect for enjoying al fresco meals, while inside the villa there is a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The ground floor of the villa is spread over three levels and comprises a cosy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa bed, as well as two comfortable bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The first floor houses a private bedroom with a balcony and en-suite bathroom and offers a peaceful retreat. Below the sun deck, the lower floor offers an air-conditioned living area with a large dining table, a kitchen with wine and beer taps, a sofa, a TV and an additional bedroom with shower/WC.
