Room was fantastic and huge. Only issue was that the pool was not cleaned or maintained having a lot of floating debris. Also the guest laundry was out of order during our stay which was inconvenient as this, along with the pool, were main reasons we chose this hotel over others so this was disappointing.

The property was ok but unfortunately I am very displeased with my checkout. I was charged $25 for a missing pillow. I called and spoke with the manager Mr. Valdez who stated that the children may have been walked out with it or it could have been taken for the road. I had no children with me and have no need to take anything from a hotel room. I asked if it would be possible they mixed up the rooms he said no because the housekeeper took pictures. He went on to say hr would do me a favor and credit me the $25 and jokingly said if i find the pillow i can send it back. The nerve of disrespect! But I will never again stay at this location.

Happy I stayed here!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large, clean, with comfy beds. Breakfast was an extra charge but kids eat free. Has a lovely pool with a couple of large cabana like areas by pool that easily fit six of us. I will stay here again.
