The Hotel would not work with us on a "no show policy" they had. Paid for a room for an entire week and we couldnt make it the hotel until the next day after check in time due to car trouble. The Hotel canceled are reservation and stilled billed my card for the entire week. When arrived they wanted us to make a new reservation and would not refund the original weeks charge of $507.12 dollars. Be mindful of their "no show" policy becuase they are not flexible. A call letting us know they were cancelling the reservation would have been nice but they did not

I was extremely turned off with my first interaction at check in I was told that I needed to take out my own trash to the dumpster in order to avoid a few. The sofa in the room was not a sofa sleeper, just a basic college room dorm seater. The bed frame was a simple metal spring frame inside a fake box looking bed frame. The bed was uncomfortable. This was an obvious newly built, modern looking hotel that was on a tight budget and cut corners on what matters. Will never come back

everything was amazing, but on the last night we stayed the room next to us were up until 3am, kids fighting and crying, tv loud, people talking and laughing. we had a door joining the two rooms and i believe since it wasnt insuilated we were able to hear everything. had there not been a door the noise would have probably not been an issue

Todo estuvo súper ! Está limpio y la cama confortable , mucha quietud pudimos descansar y dormir plácidamente está bien situado hay restaurantes cerca ,paso que al ir mi esposo por las maletas a la camioneta extravió un conjunto de ropa, fui a recepción y ahí lo tenían! 😊fue asombroso ! Les dije que me pertenecía y me lo entregaron . Muchas Grs everhome muy agradecidos infinitamente.todavia existe gente honesta en este mundo . 😊hay café en recepción .
