This 5,378 SF retreat features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and living/rec spaces on each level, with a 2nd kitchenette area on the upper and bar on the lower and is the perfect location for large family gatherings and an ideal rental for groups or corporate events. All 3 levels walkout to the stunning lake views. Superb clarity and fantastic fishing. Enjoy the fire ring, kayaks, Stand Up Paddle board, ice fishing opportunities. Enjoy a piece of history, as this is the original site of locally, well-known Horseshoe Ballroom and in 2006 was magnificently renovated to this extraordinary waterfront dream. Family Wedding in Clarissa

We had a family wedding in Long Prairie with reception in Clarissa. The Mother of the groom(my 1st cousin ) lives in Pine Island Lake . We wanted to spend the weekend. There were 10 of us. We were able to bring our boat and spend time on the lake - it was wonderful! This place was awesome - nice and spacious for 10 people. Definitely beats 5 mediocre hotel rooms in Long Prairie. This rental was only a 10 min back road drive to/from reception hall. We highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be booking again for the next family gathering in Browerville! Thank you so much!!
