2 Bedroom Private vacation home in Brouwershaven

Onze gerenoveerde woning bevindt zich op het vakantiepark Summio Port Greve, direct aan het Grevelingenmeer. Je kunt hier wandelen, fietsen, zonnen, surfen, zeilen of simpelweg genieten van de natuur. Op het park zijn onder andere sportvelden en speeltuintjes.

Door de centrale ligging zijn Renesse en Zierikzee met de auto binnen 20 minuten bereikbaar.

Bij binnenkomst tref je een hal met bergruimte waar de wasmachine staat. Voel je vrij om deze te gebruiken. Een droogrek is ook aanwezig. De badkamer met bad en douche bevindt zich op de begane grond. De woonkamer is licht en sfeervol, met een open keuken die is voorzien van een vaatwasser, koelkast en combi-magnetron. Via een wenteltrap bereik je de eerste verdieping, met twee comfortabele slaapkamers waarvan 1 met een 2-persoonsbed en 1 met 2 1-persoonsbedden. Alle bedden zijn van Auping. (Beddengoed en handdoeken kunnen worden bijgeboekt.)
Bovenaan de trap is een traphekje. Beneden is geen traphekje. Vanuit de grootste slaapkamer heb je toegang tot een balkon. Een fijne plek om in de ochtend te genieten van de eerste zonnestralen! !!Let op: Het zwembad en horeca is vanaf eind maart 2026 definitief gesloten!!

Door de wenteltrap vinden wij de woning minder goed toegankelijk voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Wij verhuren alleen voor recreatieve verhuur.
