The Broulee Beach House - Across the road from the beach

This is without a doubt, one of the most delightful beach houses on the South Coast. Situated directly opposite beautiful North Broulee Beach and only 20 minutes from Batemans Bay.

Spend your day relaxing on North Broulee Beach, just a few minutes walk from the front door, or venture five minutes walk down the road to South Broulee Beach which is fully patrolled and great for surfing and snorkeling. If you can't surf there is a surf school that runs on North Broulee Beach, a perfect day activity for the kids.

Nestled amongst one of the South Coasts last untouched and uncommercialised seaside villages, feel the privilege of walking along secluded beaches and enjoy the breathtaking sights Broulee has to offer those lucky enough to visit.

If the beach isn't for you, spend a day in Mogo Town taking in its old world feel and exploring its many shops and cafe's, play a round of Golf at Catalina Golf club, just 20 minutes from the house, or take the kids for an action packed day at nearby Mogo Zoo.

Tomakin Club is close by with restaurant facilities - courtesy bus available. Broulee Brewhouse (local craft brewer) is within walking distance, lovely outdoor location with live music, meals, kids (kids play area) and dogs welcome.



Sleeping at Broulee Beach House

Broulee Beach House boasts 3 double bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a downstairs kids room with 3 single beds and 1 trundle bed (separate shower & toilet/laundry located off the kids room).

The house can accommodate 6 adults comfortably and 4 children - 10 people in total

The two main bedrooms (both with queen beds) are situated upstairs with a shared bathroom. The kids room ( 3 x single beds and one trundle bed) is located on the ground floor with direct access to the backyard. The 3rd double bedroom (queen bed) is located on the ground floor.

Pets are welcome - just remember to clean up prior to departure.

NOTE: IMPORTANT!!!!!

All linen is provided, sheets/pillowcases/doonas/teatowels/bath towels, you are to provide your own BEACH TOWELS.

Living and Entertaining at the Broulee Beach House

Embrace the beachside lifestyle the Broulee Beach house has to offer by taking full advantage of the large dining and lounge area. Sliding doors open up this entire area to two separate decks. Dine watching the sun go down from the back deck, or enjoy a relaxing drink on the front deck bathed in a fresh ocean breeze.

There is an undercover area perfect for keeping the Boat or Jet Ski under cover at night.

The Broulee Beach house is located in a residential area and we wish to create minimal impact on our neighbors’ and the local area.

Great quietj location and house. Would suggest a few pedestal fans for bedrooms on really hot days. Otherwise everything was perfect for a beach holiday. Our grandson enjoyed putting out seed for the birds. Great yard for our dogs and directly opposite the broulee dog beach. Thanks Michelle.

The host responded quickly to any questions I asked before arriving. I and the other cook certainly appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The location was excellent. We had 2 dogs with us and the 24/7 off leash dog beach begins across the road. The location is also very handy to the Brewhouse, cafes and minimart.

Fabulous place. It was perfect for us and our adult children, their spouses and kids. Great location near the beach. It was comfortable with plenty of room for us all. Well equipped kitchen but it was missing a microwave. Would absolutely come back again

A great house in an amazing location. Easy walk to 3 very different beaches that suited everyone's needs. Excellent communication with the hosts, theyy very quickly replaced the faulty TV with minimal disturbance to us.

I highly recommend this beautiful home by the sea. Our family of 10 (all over 18) stayed for a wedding, the house is equipped with absolutely everything you need to just walk in, relax, and enjoy the beautiful far South Coast. Nice home, good location. Easy access to Broulee Beach and within walking distance of cafes and places to eat. Came with all linens and towels. Probably worth adding a space heater for each bedroom in winter. The home has a second floor gas heater and two portable electric heaters for four bedrooms.
