Room was very clean with just a few paint and grout marks and coffee grain spills left on the floor. Spacious, comfortable, good heating, private, well set up for self catering. Oven, full fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster plus pans and utensils. Tv and a number of seating options as well as table and chairs to sit and eat at. No outside seating. Great location. Close to Argent street and driving distance to supermarkets. Parking in the parking area in the laneway. Not secure though. Outside lights and touch pad access.
