With a rainforest backdrop and private access to the northern end of 7 Mile Beach, this incredible home is one of a small group of architecturally designed masterpieces in this exclusive estate. Feel the pressures of daily life melt away as you wind your way through the wetlands, rainforest and dunes to the stunning accommodation set on green lawns adjacent to the beach. It’s truly idyllic!

The house has an ideal layout designed to take advantage of the stunning views, sea breezes, morning sunrises and afternoon shade. With high-end furnishings and a luxe coastal vibe, it’s the perfect setting to make some special memories.

The chef’s kitchen is well-equipped and a delight to cook in, and there is a dining room and bar for evening meals inside. The beautifully decorated living areas, with smart TV, flow seamlessly to the outside decks where you can enjoy coffee in the morning rays, lunch with ocean views or evening cocktails to the sound of the surf.

The bedrooms are luxuriously appointed, the master King with spectacular views and a private study off it. The second, also with ocean views, can be made up as either a King bed or two singles and there’s a single in the generous third. Two exquisite bathrooms maintain the 5 star level of this home.

With a laundry and mudroom, reverse cycle air-conditioning and parking for one car, the home is a testament to architectural style, comfort and thoughtful inclusions.

The tennis court, 25 metre pool and gym are yours to enjoy, or follow one of the many guided walks through the regenerated flora that surrounds the property and meet some of the local wallabies and other wildlife. Alternatively, relax on the beach and catch the whale migrations. What a splendid choice!

The Area
It may boast seclusion and privacy but this holiday home is also incredibly conveniently located. It’s just a 15 minute drive to Byron, 10 minutes to Lennox Heads, 15 minutes to Newrybar and 20 minutes to Bangalow. Enjoy the best of both worlds and explore some of the local flavour in between bouts of rest and relaxation. Eateries and boutique stores abound in both Byron and Lennox Head as well as a smattering more locally. Explore the hinterlands, take a hot air balloon ride or try the headland walks to Broken Head Nature Reserve. Don’t forget your camera!

Beautiful Broken Head

The property was a hidden sanctuary. A great place to get away and recharge the batteries. Well-equipped accommodation suited to stay in and cook and enjoy family time, the environment, long walks, very quiet but close to Lennox or Byron for a night out.
