Under The Southern Sky is a private cabin sitting on more than 1.5 acres, secluded amongst 80' pine tree and yet just minutes to everything Hochatown has to offer. Built in 2022, it sits on the Edge of Ouachita National Forest and has ATV and Hiking trails right in the neighborhood. With 3 King bedrooms, a bunk room with 4 twin beds and pull out sleeper sofa in the loft, Under the Southern Sky sleeps 15 if traveling with littles! Have morning coffee on any of the 3 decks, with more than 1100 square feet of covered outdoor entertaining space. Everyone in your party can spend time together or spread out. The long, oversized circular drive will fit several vehicles and have space for boat or toy trailers. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen or cook outside on the grill. Eat around the fire pit or next to the beautiful outdoor fireplace. Relax outside in the hot tub or play some cornhole under the tall pine trees. The new 259 Market is in the neighborhood and close by is the Maze, Mountain Fork Brewery, Golf Course and Beaver's Bend State Park.

In the downstairs entertaining area, there is the living area with sofa and chair seating in front of a gas burning fireplace with easy on timer switch. Hang out and watch the HDTV with DirecTV channels. Check out the coffee and wine bar complete with coffee and creamer. The kitchen area has an island giving plenty of space for meal prep. Stainless steel appliances include refrigerator with water and ice, dishwasher, microwave and gas burning cooktop and oven to make the cooking easier for our guests. The custom-built dining table seats 10 and is located in the same open area. There is additional stool seating for three more people available at the kitchen island.

Downstairs has two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The king bedrooms all have a king pillowtop king bed, luxury 1500 thread count sheets, waffle blankets and quilts. Every room has HDTVs with DirecTV channels. Both rooms have an attached bathroom with walk-in tile showers, regular and rain head shower faucets, and one of the bathrooms has a soaking tub. There is also a half bath and laundry closet downstairs.

Upstairs is the third king bedroom, loft and bunk room. The upstairs king bedroom has a pillowtop king mattress, luxury 1500 thread count sheets, waffle blank and quilt. The bunk room has 4 pillowtop twin beds, 1400 thread count luxury sheets, waffle blanket and crate and barrel quilts. There is a 14-foot shuffleboard table that can also play bowling. The sofa upstairs is a pull-out sleeper sofa with the same luxury bedding. There are HDTV's in each of these rooms offering DirecTV channels.

Out on the back patio is a seating area in front of a gas burning fireplace and a 5-6 person hot tub. There is an outside dining area that seats up to 10 people. The deck below offers a grill with natural gas line and table with chairs so that you can relax while cooking!
