Welcome to our luxury and spacious cabin called "Encanto Life" nestled in the heart of the woods, where the sounds of the flowing river will lull you to sleep. This serene retreat is perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Surrounded by thick lush greenery, you will enjoy a true wilderness experience. You'll find yourself waking up to the sound of chirping birds and rustling leaves, and the gentle murmur of the river.

The cabin itself is a charming & modern that can accommodate up to 16 guests spread across 4 king bedrooms and a game area with additional queen beds. The interior is furnished with all the modern amenities you could need. The living room features a comfortable sofa and armchairs, perfect for lounging with a good book or watching a movie on the flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals. You can enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, which offers a stunning view of the river and surrounding woods.

The cabin has 4 cozy bedrooms each with king beds, private bathroom and curtains to shut out the morning sun. In the game room are 2 bunk beds with 4 queen beds for the kiddos. The bathrooms feature double vanities full shower or tub/shower, ensuring that you can freshen up after a day of exploring the great outdoors.

Outside, you'll find a super spacious deck with beautiful views of the forest and mountains, complete with a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the fresh mountain air. The deck also features a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or fishing in the nearby river.

☆☆ OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ☆☆
ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

RULES
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub, fire features & river.

DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.

GAS FIREPLACE(S): These are turned off from Mid-May to Mid-September in the warmer months.

PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.

NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area, except under gross negligence or willful misconduct.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
