Here awaits you an older cottage, which underwent a loving, thorough renovation and is now equipped with all modern facilities. Electric heating has been installed on the 1st floor. The nearest neighbor is a campsite and it is also not far to the bathing beach, which you can incidentally also see from the upper floor. Sønderborg with good stores, an interesting atmosphere and the historical sights Dybbøl Mølle and Sønderborg Castle is also nearby. You should also not miss the harbor and of course the adventure park Universe, which explains scientific phenomena.

Super Lage; Haus mit Mängeln

Für die Lage des Hauses kann man locker die 5 Sterne vergeben. Man ist ruckzack am Strand, das Haus liegt am Rande eines kleinen Campingplatzes trotzdem sehr ruhig und hat, uneinsehbar, einen großen Garten rundrum mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Für einen Urlaub mit Kindern einfach perfekt. Mehrere Spielplätze sowie Hasen- und Ziegengehege lassen neben dem Strand und Meer keine Langeweile aufkommen. Jetzt zu den negativen Punkten...die Beschreibung des Hauses und der Ausstattung wurde wohl schon vor Längerem geschrieben und nicht aktualisiert... Einen zweiten Fernseher sowie Schränke im OG, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, gibt es nicht. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer war nicht zu benutzen, da das Signal zu schlecht ist und Bild und Ton geflackert und ständig ausgesetzt haben. Bei der Playstation fehlt ein notwendiges Verbindungsteil von Gerät zu Fernseher. Alles nicht so schlimm, aber dann darf ich es nicht mit aufführen. Dann zur Sauberkeit...auf den ersten Blick OK, dann den Kühlschrank geöffnet und erstmal geputzt. Genauso wie die Spülmaschine und den Gefrierschrank...Vor Benutzung des Geschirrs haben wir es erstmal durch die Spülmaschine laufen lassen. Die Komode im unteren Schlafzimmer haben wir erstmal von Krümeln und Hundehaaren befreit, bevor wir die Kleidung untergebracht haben. So sah es eigentlich in jeder Schublage, Komode, hinter jedem Türchen aus....Viele Dinge in der Küche haben wir erst gar nicht benutzt, da sie uns zu eklig/verdreckt waren. Eine gründliche Grundreinigung des Hauses wäre echt nötig. Ärgerlich war auch, dass wir erstmal Staubsaugerbeutel suchen und kaufen gehen mussten, da keine Leeren vorhanden waren und der Beutel im Gerät randvoll war und gestunken hat. Der Dachboden mit Matratzen für die Kinder war uns mit den steilen Treppen zu gefährlich, sodass wir diese in den anderen Zimmern auf den Boden gelegt haben. Außerdem sollte man vielleicht noch erwähnen, dass es nunmal ein altes Haus ist und mein Mann mit knapp 2Metern Größe ab dem Wohnzimmer, dh in Flur und Bädern, nicht aufrecht stehen konnte... Wie gesagt, Top Lage, wunderschön, aber an der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sollte nachgebessert und das Inserat überarbeitet werden...
