Step back in time with our gorgeous Edwardian style home. Located in the historic village of St Peter’s within walking distance to the seaside town of Broadstairs. This modern day Edwardian style home offers luxury living space with 3 large bedrooms, galley kitchen with large double oven and dining area, this kitchen will have you wanting to host your own afternoon tea that can be enjoyed in the stunning south facing back garden with seating area and x2 sun loungers. Enjoy bbqs with friends with outside bbq area in which is already set up.
The separate dining area has a TV and Chesterfield sofa and the living room has plenty of seating with tv and original fireplace, perfect for a cosy night in. The bathroom has a free standing bath and separate shower with downstairs loo also. If this isn’t enough this home also comes with its own outside snuggle den, peaceful and perfect for soaking up the sound of the birds whilst reading your favourite novel.

Girlie trip in Broadstairs
Very quiet area. Nice house with comfy beds. Downside was there are a lot of stairs and we are OAPS! Also the listing of 2 bathrooms is misleading as there is only one plus a toilet
