Welcome to our Sassy Sea-view apartment, the apartment has been fully refurbished and is ready for the discerning traveller. Located in a fantastic position for the beach, local life, town and transport links but also boasting your own private parking space! Upon entering the apartment you will notice the light spacious feel, the industrial undertone hints but also the period height of the ceilings. The Apartment has plenty of character, a king size main bedroom and also a sofa bed.
If you book for two guests you will be provided with the master bedroom made up and towels for two guests. if you wish to use the sofa bed there is an additional charge for this and you need to request the booking for four guests.
Located right near the beach, a minute or so from the promenade, a 2 minute walk to the main bus stop in Broadstairs, 4 minutes to the station and with your own parking what is not to love? The area is quiet but with great locality to everything.
We have our own parking space around the back of the property.

High Speed 1 Trainline serves our local station and mean you are a little over an hour from London.

The local bus service is called The Loop and as the name suggests it just loops around the local towns of Margate, Ramsgate & Broadstairs in both directions and is every few minutes.
