Property was beautiful, unique, and convenient for the wedding we were attending in the area. Your breakfast spread was fantastic. We loved the atmosphere of the gin bar. My feedback is we would've loved to be staying IN the castle versus units that were quite far from the castle. Had we known the rooms were detached and 5 minutes walk, we wouldn't have booked; it should be clearly stated.

The main castle and grounds were beautiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool/sauna area was very nice, but we were unaware there was an additional charge to use the facility. The rooms we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures shown on Expedia and were not actually located in the castle. They were clean, but extremely small and very plain. There wasn’t even a place to open our suitcase other than laying it on the bed. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but were a little disappointed in the actual rooms.

Fantastiskt läge och slottet var underbart men rummen ligger i trälängor på området med varierande standard. Jag hade inte bokat det erbjudande som fanns under midsommarhelgen och då fanns bara en barmeny att tillgå till lunch och middag och jag kunde inte nyttja poolen utan att betala ganska mycket extra. Frukosten var helt ok.

Det var första gången och det var lagomt spa att njuta i och då vädret var kanon så gick det njuta av den fina naturen runt sjön och både frukosten och maten på kvällen var över förväntan och den trevliga personalen var super .
