Our apartment is perfect for a couple or a business traveler. With plenty of natural light, it features a large balcony.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll be charmed by the modern decor and spacious layout. The living area, with its large floor-to-ceiling windows, is the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator and consists of:

- A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, perfect for your TV nights, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. The living room is air-conditioned.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need for cooking.

- A QUIET BEDROOM: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with high-quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A MODERN BATHROOM ADJACENT TO THE BEDROOM: Relax under a spacious walk-in shower. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

- LAUNDRY ROOM: Travel light—a washing machine is available at the apartment. You’ll also have everything you need to dry and iron your clothes.

- A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE BALCONY: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends on the balcony.


## Access

Access to the apartment is simple and flexible. You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in on your own starting at 3:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The apartment does not have a parking space, but you can easily park on the boulevard or at the 15 Août parking lot, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You’re ideally located to explore the city. You’ll find bus stops right outside the building. The train station is a 20-minute walk away. Plus, you’re just a 5-minute walk from the city center.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by phone until 11 PM in case of an emergency.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: The cleaning fee covers a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, agree to the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
