Staff great. Bar great. Room awful. The room smelled awful. Like mold or damp. No window. Heating also smelt bad. Remote control didn't work. No kettle, cups with tea and coffee sachets but no bloody kettle! What's the point in that? The room we had was right next to the communal door so was also very very noisy with people passing constantly at night and early morning.

Lovely place to stay! Unfortunately we didn’t have food/breakfast or drink in the bar as we checked in at 11pm after a late flight and just wanted to get home in the mornign! Great location, easy to find and room was ideal! Clean, tidy and comfortable. Tea and coffee, lovely shower! Would definitely stay again!

On entering room 37 we were disappointed by the musty smell and the stains on the carpet and the black spots in the shower.......we had just arrived in from a late night flight so just had to go with it. The bedding was marked. We left in the morning without using the facilities. We stood at reception to try to talk to the receptionist but he was busy on the phone so we just left. We definitely won't be returning.

Rooms were clean, wifi was good, break fast was alright, though no healthy options like fruits.. The exhaust in bathroom was not working and was similar issue last time couple of months back. This causes moisture and damp in bathroom and also mould in some areas. The heating is not central and difficult to set in a convection radiator manually. Not at all eco-friendly way to heat the rooms. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless improved.
