The bed was not comfortable it was so hard as were the pillows and the tv went off every few mins making it impossible to watch anything But staff were friendly and it was clean and central and this was great

Great hotel great location but..... Seems there is a need to bring the staff up to the standards of the hotel, seemed to have real difficulty understanding our general requests and questions even down to as simple as ordering a drink.. get them up to speed guys. It's not there fault there swimming in the deep end with no buoyancy aids.
