Lovely hotel, conveniently situated for dining and shopping and theatre. Staff were great, polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with everything we expected or needed.

Cool building but it’s a bit tired. Carpet is so worn and I had to rinse out the bath as it had not been cleaned properly. Very noisy road and beds are not particularly comfy. Dinner was very good in the restaurant and the bar staff were fantastic.
