I paid for my room on line around 10 at night was at my job when I did this get there at 2 am and they won’t let me check in till 3:15 am will not go back to this hotel again in Bristol Va and I get hotels in Bristol every weekend

BMS stay

Wonderful stay but lacking is suite supplies. When renting a suite I expect the unit to be fully supplied from the start. Having to ask for the coffee maker, cups, etc. and to have to shop for coffee supplies was surprising to me. Bed was perfect!

Quite a Surprise (in a good way)

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this property. I was clean and well-kept, and the staff was more than helpful. A few things that I should bring to your attention: 1. I specifically chose this property because it was listed (on Hotels.com) as pet friendly. Many others indicate when there is and additional fee for pets; yours did not, so I was surprised when I was charged a n additional $25. 2. When I arrived at my room, the door was open, and the air conditioner was blasting at full force. Not sure what that was about. 3. The continental breakfast was sub-par. All that said, thanks for a great stay!

The pictures online of the property is far from the truth. The entire property was dirty, found dirty cloths from someone else on our room. We left the hotel on Friday and found a new hotel. I lost money on 3 rooms but we could not stay there. My guess is hotels.com does not care.
