Detached house in a quiet location with breathtaking panoramic views over Lake Maggiore. The ground floor are 3 bedrooms with two beds. The furniture in the living- and sleeping quarters is mostly new. The living room has a fireplace, a dining area and the living area, a new open kitchen with all modern appliances, a total geared toward the living room with simultaneous views of the lake.
The house is equipped with a new oil-fired central heating and hot water supply.
In the basement with separate entrance is still a spare bed and a separate shower room with toilet. In the boiler room is a laundry dryer.
The plot is planted and can hardly be seen two cars - parking spaces are located within the premises of the house. The house can be approached directly.
Outside, the living room is starting a small sun terrace with a covered pergola and a round table with 6 chairs, and outdoor fireplace.
The house and pool are for exclusive use.

A Mediterranean vegetation, beautiful scenery and mild climate are ideal conditions for rest and relaxation all year.
The heated pool is usually from Pentecost in operation.

Transactions of daily life, restaurants, cafes, gas stations, banks, post office, doctor, pharmacies and hospitals are in close proximity in Brissago.
Popular and famous attractions are Ascona and Locarno. The Valle Maggia, Centovalli, Valle Versasca invite you to take long walks through ancient Ticino mountain villages.

Great holiday house on Lago Maggiore

The spacious interior and breathtaking lake views were simply fantastic. We cherished every moment spent on the terrace, gazing at the mesmerizing surroundings. Nice pool with unique views and sauna were great for a rejuvenating getaway.

Magnificent view at the Lago Maggiore.

The property is spectacularly situated, but is somewhat difficult to find, one has to cross the neighbours’ ground to approach. The appartment was reasonably tidy, but the furniture needs refurbishment. The lower compartiment is used for storage of garden equipment and is severely smelling (fuel damps of the grassmower) and can therefore not be used as a sleeping facility. The swimming pool was clean.

We loved our stay at Casa Montana. The view was stunning and the house is full of charm and beautifully kept. It had all the facilities you could ask for. Some reviews we noticed were that the pool wasn’t clean but this wasn’t our experience and nothing a quick sweep of the pool to collect the leaves would sort. The lights in the pool didn’t work but it wasn’t a bother to us. The garden was a little overgrown and could do with some tlc. The host was very helpful if we had any questions. We didn’t receive the code before arriving but we messaged and were responded to quickly. Great value for money. We have recommended to friends and family since we have returned and would love to come again.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Sehr schöne Lage; traumhaft…Für mehrere Erwachsene zuwenig und zu kleine Nasszellen. Mobiliar ist schon etwas „rustikal“ und abgeschossen. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber geputzt; wir mussten nachputzen um uns wohlzufühlen. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Meine Familie und ich haben sechs Nächte an diesen unbeschreiblich traumhaften Ort verbracht.

Die Schönheit dieser Natur muss man erleben viel schöner wie auf den Bildern bei uns hat alles auf Anhieb perfekt gepasst. Das Haus ist rustikal und warm eingerichtet was sehr gut zu diesem Ort passt. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich ein Ort für die Seele ein Ort zum erholen und entspannen wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen..

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage. Pool ist herrlich. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei Problemen wird sofort geholfen, Bravo! Minuspunkte gibts für folgendes: Bettwäsche muss selber mitgebracht werden. Check-in bzw Schlüssel muss mit Post hin und her geschickt werden. Marder im Dach störte Nachtruhe und zwei Skorpione (harmlos) in einem Schlafzimmer gefunden; Vermieter hat aber reagiert und Kammerjäger aufgeboten.

Pool war dreckig und das Wasser grün bei unserer Ankunft. Es verging dann einige Zeit, bis der Mann, der für den Pool verantwortlich war, endlich erschien. Er hat dann den Roboter ins Wasser gelassen und ist wieder gegangen. Mein Mann stellte dann fest, dass der Roboter nicht putzt. Der Filter war voll! Er (mein Mann) hat diesen dann gesäubert und wieder ins Wasser gelassen. Da der Roboter nur den Boden säubert, hat mein Mann am Samstag und am Sonntagmorgen stundenlang die Wände geschrubbt. Heizung des Pools funktionierte auch erst, nachdem wir nochmals interveniert haben.Aussage vom Vermieter: "Das kann ja mal passieren", fand ich sehr deplatziert. Schliesslich war unsere Ankunft seit Monaten bekannt! Auch das Haus und der Garten wirkte für uns nicht sehr liebevoll. Staubsauger stand zum Beispiel einfach in einem Schlafzimmer. Das untere WC sah aus, als wäre es seit Wochen nicht mehr geputzt worden. Der mit der Post geschickte Kellerschlüssel funktionierte nicht.

Gute Zufahrt mit Platz für zwei Autos bis kurz vor dem Haus. Top Aussicht. Netter Garten mit Privacy, kleinem Pool und gedecktem Sitzplatz. Fenster, elektrische Storen, Bad, WC und Böden erneuert. Neue geräumige Küche mit grossem Kühl-/ Gefrierschrank und ausreichend Geräten. Möblierung der Schlafzimmer teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer und der Agentur. Fazit: Empfehlenswertes Haus, wir würden nochmals kommen.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub im Casa Montana

Das Casa Montana steht an einer Traumlage, hat eine sensationelle Aussicht, man fühlt von angang an richtig wohl. Der Anfahrtsweg ist angenehm, parkieren, ausladen, perfekt! Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sichs gemütlich machen und geniessen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte super, sehr nette Leute. Werden sicher wieder Urlaub buchen im Montana 😍

Sehr , sehr schöne Lage, 19 Kurven bis zum Haus,der Ausblick ist wunderschön, Pool ca. 2,5 /3m auf 4 m, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspühler, praktisch alle Küchenutensilien, Pfannen, Töpfe, grosser Kühlschrank& Tiefkühler. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, Badezimmer/ WC separat. Im unteren Bereich , von aussen erreichbar der Heizungsraum, Waschmaschine, Zimmer, WC & Dusche.. nichts besonderes. Der Garten/ Fläche eher klein.. schade das der Garten so ungepflegt ist.. da könnte man einiges verbessern, luftiger machen.. wäre viel angenehmer wenn es bei der Trepoe & im Liegebereich weniger hätte da der Platz/ Fläche schon wenig ist.. das Haus im Ganzen ist okey, ist sicher renovationsbedürftig,auch könnte es etwas Dekorationsfreundlicher sein. Bei so einer Wochenmiete bestimmt möglich. Knarren im Dach & bestimmt tierische Mitbewohner die man hört. Auch die täglichen Kothhaufen beim Pool, oberer Terasse wie auch beim Eingang sind unangenehm. Das Wohlbefinden des Gastes sollte wichtig & auch ernst genommen werden.

Was für ne Aussicht.

Die Aussicht war traumhaft. Die Lage war dementsprechend auf hoher Lage. Eine Herausforderung für das Auto und beim täglichen Brötchen holen (zu Fuss). ;-) Leider war man der Sonne/Wärme direkt ausgesetzt, da die Rollläden gerade erst finalisiert werden. Durch die Wärme "arbeitete" auch das Dach und man zuckte das ein und andere mal ordentlich zusammen. Was auch etwas störend war/ist, dass diverses Mobiliar/Gegenstände einfach unnötig rumstanden/-lagen. Dadurch wirkten die Räume teilweise unsortiert voll. Ansonsten war/ist alles da, was man braucht. Das zweite Badezimmer haben wir nicht genutzt, da man dafür ins Untergeschoß, des Hauses musste.

Die Aussicht war super, Der Schwimmpull war super. Küche und Wohnzimmer waren in Ordnung ,Geschirr war zum Teil etwas alt,. Die Schlafzimmer waren nicht sauber, Schränke und Kommoden waren zum Teil mit verschieden Sachen gefüllt und somit wenig Platz Kommenden ,ansonsten war es mit vielen Sachen die Zimmer und Umgebung sehr Überfüllt. Auch der Garten und die Tor Einfahrt brachten dringen ein Gärtner. Zum Parken sehr eng. Danke

Traumhafte Lage aber....

Das Haus ist herrlich gelegen. Alleinlage, ruhig mit fantastischem Blick über den Lago Maggiore. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Haus hat es zudem Ameisen, eine Art Tausendfüssler und Skorpione. Die Rollläden klemmen bzw. sind gar nicht vorhanden (sehr heiss bei Sonnenschein). Nachts knackt das Dachgebälk sehr laut und der Marder hält einem leider auch auf Trab. Sehr schade und daher viel zu teuer.

Top gelegen, nur mit auto erreichbar, super Aussicht, schöne und top eingerichtete küche, gewisse dinge In die jahre gekommen (anstrich, rollladen, möbilierung), schöne nichteinsehbare gartenanlage mit swimmingpool), zum verlieben und zum wiederkommen - aber die nachtaktiven tiere im dach vermiesen das ganze erlebnis (trotz oropax!)... deshalb wohl etwas teuer...

Herrlicher Herbst am Lago Maggiore

Das Haus liegt sehr schön oberhalb des Sees; eine Straße führt über viele Serpentinen hinauf und auch weiter zu einem Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, insbesondere in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht, wenn man sich selbst versorgt. Das WLAN funktioniert tadellos. Das Holzdach knackt nachts manchmal etwas, weil es sich aufgrund der Temperaturänderungen zu bewegen scheint, aber darüber erschrickt man nur beim ersten Mal. Draußen warten Liegen, der Pool und ein Grill. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in Italien und z.B. an den dortigen Badestränden, Bootsausleihen sowie Fähranlegern. Wir haben uns jedenfalls hervorragend erholt und würden jederzeit gern in dieses Haus zurückkehren.

Tolle Lage und Hervorragende Aussicht. Leider lässt der Zustand und die Sauberkeit des Hauses etwas zu Wünschen übrig, es war sehr vieles defekt und nicht wirklich sauber (für den Preis erwarte ich etwas mehr, bin aber vielleicht auch etwas heikel😁). Wird aber anscheinend ende der Saison 2020 instand gestellt. Sehr netter Vermieter und ist für jede Frage offen und antwortet sehr schnell.

Unglaublich tolle Aussicht!!

Wir hatten zu viert mit unsere 2 Kinder (7 & 9) ein sehr erholsame Aufenthalt in Casa Montana. Am Ende August waren die Kinder jeden Tag im Schwimmbecken. Der Aussblick haben wir vom Schlafzimmer/ Küche/ Wohnzimmer/ Garten sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist sehr privat. Ein sehr luxeriöse Gegend, was der Preis reflektiert. Zum Glück konnten wir die sündhaft teuere Preise in der Schweiz entfliehen und haben in Italien gegessen, eingekauft und Tagesausflüge gemacht. Der Besitzer/die Haushalterin von der Nachbarschaft haben ganz toll und schnell reagiert als der Pool umgestellt werden musste. Ich würde gerne nochmal hingehen.

Tolles Haus mit einigen Abstrichen

Die sagenhafte Aussicht und die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters konnten nicht ganz über die Unsauberkeit des Pools und die Verwilderung der Umgebung hinweghelfen. Trotzdem haben wir die Ruhe genossen und uns gut erholt.
