There is not enough room to say how horrible the hotel is. The indifferent desk clerks. Soiled carpets and moldy smelling rooms. The other complaints people have written, believe them. Clearly was once a lovely place, not now. Broken down and in disrepair.
Gross carpet! Couldn’t take my shoes off.

The hotel is located In the front of the Main Street, near all the restaurants and evening activities. Parking in garage is limited. You need to reserve the space ahead of time. We didn’t know about it. We came late and had to park on the street, and we had to find the available spot. So, we just parked near the entrance to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, traditional Italian style. We had a junior suite which was huge! Only slight complaint was the air con is quite noisy and the bed was too hard for me but I like a soft bed and this is personal preference so others may find the bed fine.

I loved the convenience with waterfront view but alas this grande old place is a bit worn these days. Our room had leaking aircon that totally soaked the carpet. Their solution was to turn of aircon to our room and open windows which made it very noisy and didn't get any sleep which was a shame.
