Nowhere to leave luggage if you arrive early

Lovely little guest house, spotlessly clean with immaculate bathroom en-suite. Close to beach/pier. However, I wasn’t aware until I was sent an email the day before that I wasn’t able to check in and leave my suitcase in my room before 3pm on the day of arrival, and had to checkout at 11am on my day of departure, with nowhere to leave my case. This meant I had to take it with me from the time I arrived at Brighton (approx 11.30am) and from checking out until I caught the coach back (approx 5.30pm). Just to make you aware. Because it is a touch keypad service, it was programmed not to work before/after these times.

Lovely find. Clean room, fridge was a nice touch, clean and crisp bedding and fluffy towels. Tea & coffee facilities, another side table would have been helpful. Maybe coasters to avoid coffee cup marks. Definitely be back.

Amazing accommodation

Absolutely fantastic! The apartment was lovely and clean, there was no oven and it would've been good to have a sheet with operating instructions for the stove for us Gen X'ers, but Danny answered to phone to explain everything and he provided an iron and ironing board too when I asked. I had a great time would love to stay again. Perhaps a table and chairs outside would be nice too.

A hidden gem

The room was clean, the bed was really comfy, the pillows were plumpcious ( very hard to find in my experience), en suite was clean and shower was a good size. Wonderful experience all round, from the floor fan being on when we arrived to the personal note to enjoy our stay. I love Brighton and will now always check for a room here before anywhere else for any future visits.

This is a really great place to stay and in a great position. Newly renovated and very comfortable, great beds and good shower room. Very easy to get into the property using codes provided. Excellent value and close to the lanes and beaches. Great stay.
