Had 3 rooms only 1 was ready at 4pm. Had a wedding at 5pm so 11 of use had to get ready for wedding in one room. After wedding was done we were able to get rest of the rooms and finish getting ready. So dont plan on room being ready at 4pm check in time.

Just stayed for 1 night. Overall a beautiful property and very nice rooms. Only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating was because I was given a room right around the corner from the lobby/bar. Wasn’t an issue at night, but was awoken early in the morning to what sounded like 100 people talking right outside our door!! This wouldn’t even have been an issue had it not been for the fact that this was our 1 night away from our young children who wake us up at the same time EVERY morning!!! We were hoping for a morning of sleeping in - especially for the price!! Everything else was great! Next time, I would just request a different room.

I would stay there again perhaps but the bathroom sink did not drain properly and conditioner in the shower was difficult to use. My bedside alarm went off Sunday morning at 6:51am, although I did not set it. There were no instructions on how to use the bedside alarm/radio/phone. I called downstairs and the front desk did not know how to turn off the alarm (which did not stop ringing) so I unplugged it. Not a luxury experience overall, but has potential to be with a few changes.

I paid for an executive premium suite they put me in a handicap room and when I arrived in the room and called the front desk, they told me that they would have to change me out on another day. Nothing was available. The front desk clerk had zero personality and no customerservice skills. The room was in ill repair.
