We welcome you to enjoy our large spacious 4 bedroom family home with amazing views, fantastic socialising kitchen/dining and outside space, large separate lounge and 2 bathrooms with free parking.
Ideal for families sharing with sociable kitchen, dining & outdoor seating/BBQ area with a large garden and football pitches outside the back gate.
Garden room with small gym & yoga space.
Easy access to central Brighton & the beach with free off street parking.
We love our 1930's semi-detached home in a quiet residential area of Brighton. What makes our place unique is the green space so close to the city. We have a modern sociable kitchen/diner with bi-fold doors which open out into a large, southwest facing garden with a large decking/seating area ideal for relaxing and entertaining with a BBQ and drinks fridge.
There is also a separate large cosy lounge, large kitchen dining area which open out onto the terrace seating area with outside kitchen & BBQ area, WC and utility room on the ground floor.
2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor with a large bathroom and separate toilet.
2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, downstairs toilet, lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, terrace with seating area, garden with trampoline and garden room with home-gym and yoga space.
