Tucked away in a peaceful corner of Brighton, this secluded garden retreat offers a calm city escape. With its own private entrance, the suite includes a comfortable double bedroom, modern en-suite, and access to a beautifully landscaped architectural garden with a separate cedar studio. Ideal for city breaks, festivals, business trips or remote working, you’re within easy walking distance of Brighton Station, London Road Station, the North Laine, cafés, restaurants, shops and the seafront.

The bedroom

A comfortable double room overlooking the garden, featuring quality bedding, Wi‑Fi, TV, fan, tea and coffee facilities, hanging space, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Garden & studio

Access to a secluded landscaped garden – a peaceful suntrap with architectural planting and decked seating, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The separate cedar garden studio offers a quiet space for remote working, reading, yoga or light exercise, and includes a desk, Wi‑Fi and gym equipment.

The garden and studio are primarily for guest use, and may occasionally be shared with the host when they are not travelling.

Important information

The suite has its own private entrance, with exclusive use of the bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

An internal connecting door links to the host’s private area. It remains securely locked on the hosts side during guest stays. It is never accessed during your stay, ensuring complete privacy and peace of mind.

Parking

Private off-road parking is available and can be booked on JustPark.

Guests have a private room overlooking the garden with en-suite and a private entrance. In addition they have access to the garden, outdoor decked lounge area sand hard room with gym and remote working facilities.

I like to give guests privacy and am available via Airbnb messages or if home please do feel free to knock on the door if you need assistance or local recommendations.
