A fantastic apartment located on the first floor above a popular pub called The Admiral (previously The Cornerstone). A great place to stay for groups of up to 12. Stag, hens, corporate & families are all welcome.

The space
Beautiful Brighton apartment above a lively and friendly pub called The Admiral , which offers a whole range of dining and entertainment literally on your doorstep (with a door leading directly into the pub from the main entrance hall!).

The ideal location for groups, families, corporate or stag/hen's coming to Brighton to celebrate – only 10 minutes walk from Brighton Station – 12 minutes walk to Brighton Pavilion and 5 minutes walk to the Lanes and all the restaurants, bars and nightlife offering a whole range of dining and entertainment literally on your doorstep

Its a very airy and bright apartment and is ideal for groups mainly because of its proximity to The Lanes and nightlife, but it also works really well for extended families who want to explore the area. This area has just had residential parking permit restrictions put in place (as all areas of Brighton now have) with pay and display parking bays available.
This large room is dominated by three large windows which offer lots of light and lovely views of the city. With two large sofas and huge dining table that easily fits 10 and can extend to fit 14.
The sofas are 2 huge double sofa beds – which are really easy to use and have proper slatted bases so are just as comfy your own bed!. As is the chair bed which can be also be used.

Kitchen
The large kitchen has everything you need to cater for larger numbers, as well as the crucial dishwasher. It also has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and all the cooking utensils you would need and a further table which can seat 4.

Bathroom 1
Beautiful contemporary bathroom with a lovely brand new double shower fitted, WC and sink.

Shower Room
Newly fitted separate shower room - perfect if you're all rushing to get ready.

Main Bedroom
This room has beds for 4 people which includes 2 single beds and a full sized adult bunk bed for 2 more people.

Bedroom 2
This bedroom offers sleeping accommodation for 3 people with 1 single bed and also full sized adult bunk bed for 2 more people.

External Facilities
Downstairs is a great pub very popular with Brighton locals which offers a range of well-priced drinks and special ales as well as offering a great range of food. There is a beer garden at the back for relaxing outside.

NOTE; We take our responsibility to the local community very seriously – and that means that we want noise kept to a minimum so we don;t upset our neighbours. Brighton has so much to do that I'm sure you won;t be in the apartment for long!!!

Guest access
Guests share the main entrance hall with the pub staff and other guests staying in the apartment on the second floor. The interleading door to the pub is also located here as is the locked entrance to the pub cellar. The pub kitchen is located on the first floor - the door will be locked when not in use and closed when in use.

Other things to note
This apartment can also be rented together with the other apartment in the building for groups of up to 26.
