Even when the sun isn’t shining, we’re sure you’ll find it hard to tear yourself away from the views to go and explore!

Bathrooms: 2 modern bathrooms. The first has a walk-in rain shower and the second a combined shower and bath. Fluffy towels and luxurious toiletries are all provided for your stay.
Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances you might need, including a coffee maker, wine fridge and dishwasher for your convenience.
Living Area: Large comfy sofa and separate dining table overlooking the terrace, which can also double as a desk if you’re working from the apartment. All of the modern home comforts including high-speed internet, Amazon Prime and Netflix.
Parking: This apartment offers the enviable feature of one FREE secure parking space for our guests for the duration of their stay (parking in Brighton is usually £20-25 per night). Additional parking can be organised with us in advance for an additional fee. Other things to note Please respect our neighbours: This is a residential building and all noise should be kept to a minimum after 10PM, especially in communal hallways and outside on the terrace. In accordance with Airbnb rules and building policy, parties are not permitted in our property and any visitors must be agreed by us in advance.

Access via Public Transport: To access the Marina there is a 24-hour bus service from the city centre or you can hop in a taxi for a short 7-minute drive. There are also bikes to rent or it’s a beautiful 30-minute stroll along the seafront with plenty of cafes along the way to keep you hydrated. Lastly, situated less than an hour from London by train, Brighton is a great base to explore the surrounding area from the capital city to charming country villages and historic seaside towns.
The Marina: Guests can benefit from easy access to all of the facilities at the Marina ranging from cinemas and mini golf to cafes and restaurants that suit every taste. Water sports enthusiasts can rent a jet ski or hop on a boat trip, whilst those who prefer dry land can rent an electric bike or promenade along the seafront to either enjoy the delights of the city or the tranquillity of the cliffs and a fossil-filled beach.
Shops and Facilities: A large supermarket (ASDA) and a pharmacy are within the Marina complex and are a short walk from the apartment. There is also a range of shops and boutique stores for you to explore just a few moments from the door of your apartment.
