Avoid this Place it's Grotty

The room was in a poor state and smelled of marijuana, the TV did not work, the mattress was very soft and the springs could be felt through it, I opened the patio style door to get some fresh air but the small courtyard was full of feral pigeons and stank of them so closed the door. I asked for a change of room but was not offered one. In the end I packed my bag and booked into the Travelodge.

It's a shame because it could have been a nice place, but unfortunately, it's full of drunk people, others doing drugs, smoking in the hallways, singing, and making noise. The bathroom is super small, and the bed is terrible. Very disappointing. Also if you are not able to use your phone when you get there you wont get in as you need code from the doors and there is no one to talk to in case you need.

It was smooth check in with instruction email. Located just in front of bus stop which is strong selling point. Good Wi-Fi connection but no normal TV signal in my room. My concern was no instruction or information about switching on or off of radiator so first night was soooo cold. Second day I found where the switch of radiator. Please show more visible this point. Also noise from neighbouring room is very loud and I can hear all conversations. Toilet cleaning stuff smell is so strong in small room. That’s my disappointment things in this accommodation.

the sink and room is too small, the duvet is too thin, i was bitten by bed bugs, my jeans were stolen and shower water takes long to drain.

the VERY loud smoke alarm randomly went of at 9 in the morning and took 20 minutes to be turned off was not a nice way to be woken up and get given a banging headache, cheers x

Check in easy - though too many contacts. Nice room, but very small. All amenities, but considering quiet hours 11pm-7am did not happen. Room above very noisy - arrived late and loud at 4.30am. Bed definitely not memory foam (as advertised) - not comfortable - creaking and old.
