The apartment is a cozy attic featured by a bright, beamed ceiling. In the entrance there's a huge rock. The attic is distinguisched for its contemporary design and décor for a beautiful view on the lake. It has a large living area with a double bedroom and a studio area with a double day-bed.
The apartment is located in the heart of the village.
There is no private parking, but there is a lot of free parking spaces on the main street.

My house is a cozy attic characterized by a bright wooden ceiling and takes its name from a large rock set inside the house. The house has a large living area from which you can enjoy an amazing view of Lake Como, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a study area with a further bed that becomes a double to ' occurrence. The house also has a laundry room and a pleasant outdoor terrace with lake view equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is located in the heart of the old village, which is accessed through the picturesque and labyrinthine stairs of the village. There is no private parking, but there are many free parking spaces on the main street.
