It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa or end of day drink. There is a very well equipped kitchen with premium appliances, including a pyrolytic self-cleaning oven, induction stovetop and dishwasher. Plus there's a spacious walk in pantry!
Also upstairs you have three bedrooms & two bathrooms, along with full laundry facilities.
The main bedroom features a luxurious King bed, a second smart tv, walk-in robe & ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, with ample wardrobe storage.
Whilst the third bedroom has two King single beds, as well as ample wardrobe storage.
The second bathroom has a walk in shower & full size bathtub.
Downstairs is a lockable store room, which is a perfect spot to secure golf clubs, beach gear or mountain bikes.
